My Thoughts on SmackDown (11/29/16): (Dumb) Luck of the Irish

We kick off the show with a contract signing for the Women's Championship. Renee Young brings Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch. Bliss says that she thought Becky was trying to avoid her, but she's not smart enough to do that. Becky was that Bliss behaves like a four-year-old, which the crowd reacts to before Bliss tells them not to because "that was rude". I love Alexa Bliss. Becky says that Bliss can't rum from her at TLC and signs the contract and says she got to where she is is because she is relentless. Bliss says that every time Becky talks she feels like she's going to throw up and that she is better than her. She signs the contract before Becky attacks her. The two fight before Becky hits the Bexploder Suplex. Becky clears off the table and sets up Bliss for a top rope Bexploder, but Bliss shoves her off through the table.  Dolph Ziggler & Kalisto vs Baron Corbin & The Miz with Maryse -Corbin goes after Kalisto right as the match starts, leavin...

My Thoughts on RAW (11/28/16): Everybody Hates Charly

Before the show starts, I'm just going to assume that Emmalina is still premiering soon We kick off the show with Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel. He brings out "the longest reigning Universal Champion ever" Kevin Owens. They talk about how Owens' appearing on two Highlight Reels in a row is historic before burying Thanksgiving. Owens says that Canadian Thanksgiving & Canadians are better than Americans before saying that he's thankful for being the Universal Champion, for being the face of RAW, and for his best friend Chris Jericho. Jericho says he's thankful for Owens, his scarf, and for Seth Rollins. He's thankful that Seth Rollins proved that he is the epitome of a stupid idiot. Jericho says he didn't interfere last week by wearing a Sin Cara mask, saying that Sin Cara put on a Chris Jericho mask and interfered. It was the Mask of Jericho...and he PUT IT ON, MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN! Owens says that the powerbom...

RAW vs Nitro #12 (11/27/95)

Welcome back to another edition of RAW vs Nitro. Click here to read the last edition if you missed it. Now let's get into it, this is RAW vs Nitro #12! RAW Rad Radford vs Ahmed Johnson -We kick off the show with Rad Radford taking on Ahmed "Mushmouth" Johnson. Radford attacks Johnson from behind, but Johnson no sells it and quickly takes control. Johnson clotheslines Radford out of the ring, but Radford pulls him out of the ring right after. Radford slams him into the apron before throwing him back into the ring. Johnson quickly regains control and hits a scissor kick followed by a bicycle kick. Johnson hits a spinebuster before hitting the Pearl River Plunge for the quick win. After the match, Jerry Lawler interviews Johnson. Lawler says that Dean Douglas said he'll beat him at In Your House. Johnson says that Lawler "better get me some respect" before saying something completely unintelligible. Not even the closed captioning on the WWE Network co...

RAW vs Nitro #11 (11/20/95)

Welcome back to another edition of RAW vs Nitro. Click here to read the last edition if you missed it. Now let's get into it, this is RAW vs Nitro #11! But first, a quick recap of Survivor Series 1995, which happened the day before this RAW. The BodyDonnas (Skip, Rad Radford, Dr. Tom Prichard, and the 1-2-3 Kid) defeated The Underdogs (Marty Jannetty, Hakushi, Barry Horowitz, and Bob Holly) in a traditional Survivor Series match, with the Kid being the sole survivor by eliminating Jannetty after Sid dropped Jannetty on the ropes while the referee was distracted by Ted Dibiase. Jesus, "The Underdogs." It's like they expected to lose. The team of Bertha Faye, Aja Kong, Tomoko Watanabe, and Lioness Asuka (not the one you think) defeated the team of  Alundra Blayze, Kyoko Inoue, Sakie Hasegawa and Chaparita Asari. Kong & Blayze were the only women to record eliminations in the match, ending with Kong pinning Blayze after a spinning back fist. Goldust defeat...

My Thoughts on SmackDown (11/22/16): The Chin-Possible Dream

We kick off the show with Shane McMahon, who is somehow not dead after being speared & spiked into the mat by Roman Reigns. He says he feel like he's been in a car accident after Survivor Series before putting over Team RAW. He specifically praises Randy Orton & Bray Wyatt for being the sole survivors before bringing up that Dean Ambrose & AJ Styles failed to get along for one night like they were supposed to. This brings out Dean Ambrose. Shane says he's upset that Ambrose reunited with the Shield and eliminated his teammate AJ Styles, but Ambrose shrugs it off and brings out James Ellsworth, who comes out with a neck brace. Ambrose ruins Shane's surprise that he is giving Ellsworth a SmackDown contract for his bravery & tenacity. Shane then says that because Ambrose has been out of control, he's getting the night off and asks him to leave the building right now. Ambrose leaves the ring as AJ Styles comes out. He says that Ambrose should be fired f...

My Thoughts on RAW (11/21/16): The Hair Conditioner Bros.

We kick off the show with Goldberg. Holy sh*t, I'm still just trying to wrap my head around what happened last night. This was honestly the most surprising thing that's happened in WWE in years. Possibly since the Undertaker's streak was broken at WrestleMania 30. I never thought I'd see Brock Lesnar get squashed in under 90 seconds, especially by Goldberg. He thanks the fans for letting him come back and be Goldberg again. The crowd chants "You Still Got It!" Calm down, he wrestled for 90 seconds and did three moves. He thanks his wife for putting up with him during his training for his return and his son for giving him the desire to be a superhero again. He says he did what he came back to do; beat Brock Lesnar. However, he says that all good things come to an end...but after the match last night, he ran into Stephanie McMahon, who asked him if he has one more title run in him. He says he does. He says that at the Royal Rumble match, EVERYBODY IS NEXT! ...

RAW vs Nitro #10 (11/13/95)

Welcome back to another edition of RAW vs Nitro. Click here to read the last edition if you missed it. Now let's get into it, this is RAW vs Nitro #10! RAW Before the show, we find out in a video package that the match between Intercontinental Champion Razor Ramon and Sycho Sid with guest referee 1-2-3 Kid has become a non-title match. This is due to the fact that the Kid & Razor got into it during a live event, leaving Gorilla Monsoon unsure if the Kid can officiate fairly. This is dumb for a couple of reasons: Not having the title on the line wouldn't prevent 1-2-3 Kid from not being impartial. Why not just NOT have the 1-2-3 Kid be the referee. I know the real reason (this show was already taped), but they clearly scripted this series of events before hand. You could just, you know, not book it if you're just going to not do. Aren't Razor Ramon & the 1-2-3 Kid friends? Shouldn't that have instantly raised concern about how impartial he can be...
