Worst in the World: D-Generation X vs Brothers of Destruction-Crown Jewel

This match didn't need to happen. After Triple H and the Undertaker had one of the most brutally bad matches of 2018 at Super Show-Down not even a month earlier, nobody wanted to see them try to wrestle again. Also, nobody wanted to see Shawn Michaels come out of retirement after his fantastic sendoff in 2010, especially for a match like this. But here we are, Triple H & Shawn Michaels facing The Undertaker & Kane in 2018. The combined ages of these four at the time is 206. That's a number you'd expect to see from a match at Heroes of Wrestling. Well, if I'm going to jump back into this blog, it's only fitting that my first post takes a look at arguably the saddest WWE Championship reign of all time. When Bray Wyatt debuted on the main roster back in 2013, he seemed like a breath of fresh air. A talented worker with some great skills on the microphone and an interesting & alluring character and gimmick, Wyatt seemed destined for big things in WWE. And then...John Cena happened. Following Wyatt's feud with Cena, which included two clean losses and a cheap win via demon child distraction , he began one of the most brutal downward spirals in recent memories. From lackluster feuds to terrible booking decisions, Wyatt became almost a parody of himself, cutting seemingly pointless promos before staring up at the lights whenever he faced a serious opponent.
