It seems like they were physically incapable of putting on even decent matches together. I know Hogan was never known for his top-notch in-ring work (at least not in the US) and the Giant was very new to wrestling when he was in WCW, but they were both able to put on at least passable matches around this time. But for whatever reason, the two went together about as well as oil and water.
