Well, it's finally here; the last match on the list for the Worst in the World! Yes, this nine-month journey through some of the worst professional wrestling has to offer comes to a close after this entry. It's been one hell of a ride, but this is it. The final match in the series is Dusty Rhodes vs the Honky Tonk Man from SummerSlam 1989. Dusty had just come into the WWF after his main event run in Jim Crockett Promotions, and in only his third match in the WWF, he faced off against the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time in the Honky Tonk Man. It's too legends, so it can't be that bad. Let's get into this. The two dance around the ring before locking up. Dusty back body drops Honky and goes for the Bionic Elbow, but Honky avoids it and bails from the ring.
