TNA's grandest failures tend to get the most attention when talking about the company's worst moments. Things like the Blindfold Steel Cage match, the Reverse Battle Royal, and Jenna Morasca vs Sharmell are all infamous matches that, even as the company has gone on to redeem its image in a big way in the last few years, still remain a part of the conversation around the company. Hell, there are still notorious matches from the company that haven't made their way into the series. But with that said, there are still plenty of bad matches in the company's 20-year history that don't get quite as much attention as the ones I listed before.
