- Peyton Royce with Billie Kay vs Aliyah-Aliyah almost gets the quick win with a jackknife cover before hitting a somersault neckbreaker for another near fall. Peyton grabs Billie hand to save herself, so Aliyah stomps on Billie's hand. This allows Peyton to hit a spinning heel kick and take control. Peyton beats down Aliyah in the corner before tying her up in the ropes. Aliyah dodges another spinning heel kick before hitting two arm drags and a hip toss. Aliyah follows up with a seated senton for a near fall before Peyton responds with a knee strike and a fisherman's suplex for the win. Fine, quick match.
- In a WWE.com interview, Asuka says there is no left to beat in NXT.
- Heavy Machinery vs The Bollywood Boyz-The Bollywood Boyz are about half the size of Heavy Machinery. Needless to say, they get absolutely wrecked by Heavy Machinery. At one point, Otis Dozovic throws Harv Shira halfway across the ring with a belly-to-belly suplex. It was awesome. Heavy Machinery won after both men squashed Harv at the same time.
- Oney Lorcan gets interviewed. He says it doesn't matter who his opponent is and he's here to win.
- In a WWE.com interview, Paul Ellering says that Saturday's win was both vindication & confirmation. He says the Authors of Pain proved themselves and they are going to be a dynasty.
- We get a highlight package from Bobby Roode vs Shinsuke Nakamura. It then turns into a highlight package for Shinsuke Nakamura's NXT Career. After that, we get an interview with Bobby Roode. He says he did exactly what he said he would do and that he has taken NXT to new levels. Roode says this is only the beginning and asks if we're ready for the Glorious Ride.
- We get an interview with Drew Gallo...McIntyre. He says that since leaving WWE he's won every championship there is to win and become a franchise player. He then says he has signed with NXT and wants the NXT Championship. He debuts next week.
- Oney Lorcan vs "El Vagabundo"-Who is "El Vagabundo?" Well...Yeah, they're doing the "Mr. NXT" skit that Bo Dallas did a few years ago. Except unlike Bo Dallas, the Drifter isn't funny or entertaining. The crowd actually goes along with it, cheering Vagabundo and even booing Lorcan when he says Vagabundo is the Drifter and tells him to drift away. Look at that...the Drifter finally got over! Vagabundo controls the match until Lorcan hits EIGHT. STRAIGHT. HIP. ATTACKS. IN. THE. CORNER. It completely killed the crowd. Oney Lorcan needs to drift away. Vagabundo tries to body slam Lorcan, but Lorcan rolls out of it and rips off Vagabundo's mask, revealing himself to be the Drifter! Lorcan takes the opportunity to hit a standing-Blockbuster for the win. After the match, a female security guard escorts the Drifter out of the arena by his hair.

An often discussed aspect of professional wrestling is the backstage politicking of Hulk Hogan. Throughout his career as a major attraction in wrestling, Hogan's philosophy has always been to protect Hulk Hogan...OK, sometimes he'd help Ed Leslie, but most of the time it was to protect Hulk Hogan. Because of that philosophy and Hogan's influence as a top guy, there have been multiple instances where a company's booking and other wrestlers have suffered as a result. Would having Mr. Perfect win the 1990 Royal Rumble made sense and could have elevated a rising star and potentially created a new main event player? Yes, but that would require Hogan to not win, and that doesn't work for Hogan, so he wins the Rumble even though he doesn't need elevating. Would booking Randy Orton to beat Hogan at SummerSlam 20...
